We all need our gay a day to keep the doctor away.

I’m sure many of you have read this story by now. It’s ludicrous that this sort of thing still happens.

However, I’m trying to focus on the positive here.

Firstly, the school district is currently getting the most monstrous amount of bad press which has to be a burden. Ha! Serves them right.

Secondly, the fact still remains that those students elected a transgender person to the title. That’s pretty amazing and fantastic.

Thirdly, he’ll end up getting his something tangible. In the words of the lesbian goddesses Tegan and Sara…I feel it in my bones.
